There are two types of shipping to choose from:
Shipping is charged by the weight of a parcel. We follow Singpost's delivery charges.
Any purchase of $30 and above in a single order will enjoy free shipping, in which items will be sent straight to your door, by courier.
Normal shipping takes 1 to 3 working days, excluding Sundays & public holidays, and are neither tracked nor traceable, by Singpost. For registered mail, please opt for courier delivery. Parcels will only be shipped out every Friday.
Tohtonku (S) P/L will not be responsible for lost parcels posted via Normal shipping. Hence, all customers are strongly encouraged to opt for Door-Step delivery in order to prevent lost mails.
For faster and safer delivery, do opt for door-step delivery at only $4, for any number of items ordered. Parcels will be delivered in 1-2 working days. Tracking numbers will only be provided upon request.
Please note that should no one receive the parcel upon delivery, the delivery man will drop a notification slip by your door. Customers may then call the number on the re-delivery note and arrange another delivery date.

Please note that it is your responsibility as the importer to know what can and can not be imported into your country, as well as parcel's limitations. If an order is stopped by customs due to restricted/prohibited products or any other compliance issue, Tohtonku will not be able to assist you in recovering/releasing your order.
Especially, for orders more than SGD 40, we suggest you contact us before you place an order so that we can advice you on what's best to avoid complications.
You'll be charged return shipping and taxes for packages which are denied clearance by customs.
Aramex requires us to pay for your taxes even if the package is not delivered to you. This is because Aramex has already prepaid your taxes to your Customs office in order to deliver the package to you quickly. Occassionally, we have to tell Aramex to abandon/destroy the package if the return costs and taxes are too high for us to justify paying. If that happens, we cannot refund you for your order.
Importing products to your country is solely your responsibility.
Insurance is available. If you wish to have your parcel insured, you must request optional insurance here. If insurance is not requested, international parcels are NOT covered for loss or damage of any kind. To request for insurance, you must contact us immediately here indicating INSURANCE REQUEST in your message, after your order hsa been submitted.
Please understand purchasing from our site and using the Air Shipment method and not requesting insurance is a risk you take as a buyer. If you choose to take this risk of not insuring your parcel and it becomes lost or damaged, there is nothing we can do to recover your funds or order. Purchasing from our site is an agreement to this term. Hence, please understand and allow us to make this very clear- No international parcels are insured for loss or damage unless you request insurance.
Insurance is charged at SGD25 + 10% of order amount (items+shipping).
To file a claim for loss or damage of your parcel, you must email us all information including order number within 20 days of shipping date. Claims will not be accepted after 20 days from shipping date. Claims are processed with Aramex after 21 days from date of shipment for most countries. Depending on some countries, claim time can be up to 90 days from shipment date. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time. Again, if you have not requested insurance for your parcel at the time you place your order, you cannot file a claim with us. When using Aramex's shipping options: if a parcel is returned to us for any reason, Aramex will charge a return parcel fee that will be passed on to you via a reduction to your orders return total.
