My items was damaged in delivery, can I return it?

Yes you can return damaged items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the event where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.

 

The wrong item was sent, can I return it?

Yes you can return items that have been wrongly sent. Please click here to contact our Customer Service to attend to you and arrange for a replacement to be made.

Exchanges can only be made should on the condition that the product for exchange is in its original condition, unopened, unused and not damaged, to Tohtonku (S) P/L. Tohtonku (S) P/L will not refund any opened, used, or free gifts or samples. In the event where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.

 

What should I do if the refund I receive is incorrect?

We’re really sorry if we’ve made a mistake with your refund!
If this is the case, please click here to contact our Customer Service Team and we’ll sort it out for you as soon as possible.

The following may affect the amount you have been refunded:

  • The delivery charge, which is not refunded when you return something.
  • Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable.
