How can I find out more about the product or its application before purchase?

How do I determine the expiration dates of the products? 

Our products have a shelf life of 3 years. Simply look at the date of manufacture and add on 3 years to determine the date of expiration.

 

ORDERS

Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

You can click here to request for an amendment to your order(s) or shipping address. However, the size, quantity and delivery method of the purchase cannot be changed. We’re really sorry about this as payment has already been made and cannot be changed.

For orders made on Friday itself, you have a 30 to 60 minute window to write in with your amendments.

 

How can I order in bulk? 

If your order is more than the max cap quantity in the website, please click here to contact us with the products and quantities you would like to order. You can also call 6745 8626 to speak to our friendly Customer Service Representatives.

 

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it? 

If you're trying to cancel your order through 'My account'. You have up to 30 to 60 minutes to cancel your order from the time your order is completed.

If the 'Cancel/View' button is not available, it's too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel your order.

 

What happens to my cart if I leave before checking out? 

If you have an account with us, the items will be saved in your cart. The next time you come back, you can pick up from where you left off.

Placing an available item in your cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click Checkout Now and initiate the checkout process.

 

How can I check on my order?

It's easy to check your order status. Just go to "My Account" on the top menu and check your order history. If you have any specific questions about your order, please click here to email us or call 6745 8626.

 

What if a product I ordered is out of stock?

Our apologies! We do our best to ensure the products listed on our site are always in stock, however in the rare circumstance that your ordered product is not available, we will contact you to either suggest a replacement or issue a refund. Products are generally back in stock in 5-7 days, however if there is a specific item you want to enquire about, please contact us here or call 6745 8626 for a specific estimated date of availability.

 

SHIPPING

What are your delivery times? 

Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days.

 

I chose the wrong delivery address! What do I do? 

Change of delivery address after checkout is not permitted. If the delivery address needs to be changed after an order has been successfully placed, please contact us as soon as possible here or call 6745 8626.

 

OTHERS

What should I do if my shipment is damaged during transit?

When taking delivery of you order, please remember that you are signing for the package in good order. If the package is damaged this must be noted on the courier's documentation. Once a package is signed for it is done so in good condition and we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred to the goods prior to delivery.

 

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

Can Tohtonku under declare invoice value?

We DO NOT under declare any invoices, but the full value will be shown. This is important due to shipping insurance coverage value. We are a legitamate tax registered trading company in Singapore, and not a backdoor private/home operator. International buyers will not be paying for Singapore Tax.
